Nathan “Nate” Ingham was a passionate advocate for his clients and brought an invaluable blend of legal expertise, real estate acumen, and humanity to his role as Co-founder and Principal of the Team – Real Estate Advisors at Coldwell Banker Realty. With a robust real estate practice fueled by a commitment to client service and a passion for real estate, Nate seamlessly transitioned from his career as a litigation attorney at one of Boston’s largest law firms to become a trusted leader in the Boston area real estate market.

Nate was a proud "Double Eagle" with degrees from Boston College and Boston College Law School and was proudly involved in the Fenway Health Men’s Event Planning Committee. Deeply rooted in the Boston community, Nate lived in Milton with his husband, Rob, along with their sweet and energetic pups, Celery and Dorit. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Nate's commitment to client education and service shone through. With a focus on building personal relationships, he guided his clients through every stage of the transaction process with patience and expertise. Sellers benefited from Nate's strategic marketing approach and negotiation skills. Buyers relied on Nate as a trusted advisor and advocate, helping them navigate the competitive marketplace with confidence.
