Travers Peterson
Principal

Raised in a real estate family with strong ties throughout Greater Boston, Travers Peterson always knew that real estate was his calling. Since affiliating with Coldwell Banker (in 2014), he has amassed a loyal client following and is recognized for being a trusted and knowledgeable real estate resource.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Travers worked in high-end hospitality where he developed skills in client relations, project management, and strategic negotiations. Pursuing his true passion, (in 2014) he transferred those skills into a successful real estate career, where he relies on the latest technology, market insights, and an established professional network to help clients achieve their desired goals.

With transparency and honesty as the foundation of his business, Travers works proactively to educate and guide clients throughout every phase of their unique real estate transaction – from assessing suitable property matches and market conditions, to advising on ROI, equity-building and staging – he takes pride in creatively strategizing on behalf of his (buyer, seller,) investor and developer clients. A result of his unwavering commitment to provide a high level of service, over the last eighteen months Travers has generated $19 million in sales from 32 successfully-closed transactions.

A Wilmington native who currently resides in Milton, Travers attended Bridgewater State University where he studied business management and aviation science. He enjoys tracking the evolving Greater Boston real estate market and the versatile opportunities it affords.

When not working, Travers can be found playing the banjo, perpetuating the art abstract photography, and tending to his organic garden. He is a longtime supporter of Greater Boston’s robust music network and a proud member of the National Model Railroad Association.
