Having previously worked as a litigation attorney at one of Boston’s largest law firms, Nate transferred his skills to a career in real estate, where he enjoys the opportunity to build personal relationships with his clients while being part of what is always an important milestone in their lives.
Understanding that law touches upon every aspect of a real estate transaction, Nate draws upon his extensive skill set to guide his clients through every stage of their purchase or sale. Whether working with buyer or seller clients, Nate believes in educating clients about the process and current market conditions to empower them to confidently make decisions that they are comfortable with—all while providing an impressive level of service and attention to detail.
With seller clients, Nate’s focus is to maximize the value of their asset. Believing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing real estate, Nate believes in making deliberate, strategic marketing decisions that take into account current market conditions, the property’s unique buyer pool, and the property itself. This encompasses a wide range of marketing efforts—from professional photography to staging services to social media marketing and beyond.
When working with buyer clients, Nate feels strongly that his role is not one of a salesperson, but rather as an experienced advisor and advocate. With his clients’ interests always at the forefront of his mind, he prides himself on a “no pressure” style and his ability to patiently guide homebuyers through the competitive marketplace.
A longtime Boston area resident, Nate is a “Double Eagle”, having graduated from Boston College and Boston College Law School. When not working, Nate is active on the Fenway Health Men’s Event Planning Committee and enjoys spending time with his dog, Celery.
